We're hosting an S-Bio webinar in September!! Recent advances in Organoid Production and Drug Discovery |
 |
 |
 |
|
On Thursday, September 10, at 4:00 p.m., we will host the S-Bio Webinar titled “Recent Advances in Organoid Production and Drug Discovery.” In the first half of this webinar, Hideya Sakaguchi M.D., Ph.D. of the National Center for Child Health and Development-a leading figure in organoid research in Japan-will deliver a presentation on the development of neural organoids based on developmental biology and their potential applications in drug discovery.
In the second half, we will welcome Thomas Mitchell, CEO, and Prof. Ernst Wolvetang, CSO, from The Organoid Company in the Netherlands-an enterprise with cutting-edge organoid automation technology-to introduce fully automated, high-throughput organoid production technology for toxicity testing. We sincerely look forward to your participation. |

Report on our Participation at Exhibition and Luncheon Seminar at the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology |

|
At the 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology (July 1-3), held at Grand Cube Osaka, we exhibited products related to our Micro Physiological Systems (MPS)-which replicate the functions of human organs and tissues on a chip-as well as our 3D cell culture products, which cultivate cells in a three-dimensional environment that closely mimics the in vivo environment.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many attendees who visited our booth throughout the three-day event.
In particular, we hosted a luncheon seminar co-organized by the four companies comprising the MPS Team of the Consortium for Safety Assessment of Human iPS Cell Applications (CSAHi). The seminar was titled “The Future of Safety Assessment Pioneered by MPS.” The event was so well-attended that some attendees had to stand, reaffirming the high level of interest and attention the industry as a whole has for safety evaluation utilizing these “MPS” and “3D cell culture” technologies.
We will continue to be actively engaged in information dissemination and exhibition activities to contribute to the promotion and development of next-generation technologies that enable the evaluation of drug safety under conditions closer to the human body, without relying on animal testing. We will announce details regarding our participation in the next exhibitions as soon as they are finalized. We sincerely look forward to seeing you there.

Exhibition and Poster session at The 42nd Annual Meeting of The Japan Society of Drug Delivery System
We will be holding a corporate exhibition and poster session at the 42nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Drug Delivery Systems, to be held on July 30-31, 2026, at Awagin Hall, Tokushima Prefectural Folk Culture Hall. In recent years, MPS technology has made groundbreaking advances in drug development, and its range of applications continues to expand.
In this session, we will share the latest findings on the evaluation of nucleic acid drug delivery using MPS. Additionally, at our corporate exhibition booth (Booth No.12), we will showcase the “BioStellar™ Plate,” an on-chip pump-type multi-organ MPS system that provides a more realistic in vivo simulation environment by replicating interactions between multiple organs, as well as the “PrimeSurface™ Series,” a 3D cell culture system capable of efficiently culturing uniform 3D cell spheroids.
We look forward to seeing you there.

company in Japan
With the previously used pipettes from other manufacturers, we experienced numerous disposals due to contamination with foreign substances. However, since switching to "SUMILON™ SuperQuality", contamination of foreign substances in the products has been reduced, and the status of pipette disposals has been significantly improved. As a result, this has led to an increase in the yield of the final products. We feel that "SUMILON™ SuperQuality", manufactured under strict quality control, is a product we can use with confidence in cell pharmaceutical production.
