We introduce an application example of human cerebral cortex organoid generation using the PrimeSurface^™ 96 Slit Well Plate. Compared to conventional multi-dimple dishes, this plate provides a stable number of spheroids produced, with a significant improvement in size variability. The unique slit structure significantly reduced the effort required for medium exchange, which in turn contributed to the stable maintenance of organoid viability and growth. These results suggest that the PrimeSurface^™ 96 Slit Well Plate provides a uniform and stable culture environment, making it suitable for large-scale and efficient organoid production. Additionally, such a stable culture environment is expected to reduce experimental variability and contribute to the standardization of organoid-based disease models.

Application Introduction of
Stemfull^™ Low Cell Adhesion Centrifuge Tubes

Stemfull^™ is coated with a unique super-hydrophilic polymer on the surface of the device, which suppresses cell adhesion and contributes to improved recovery rates. In the presented application data, using Stemfull^™ improved the recovery rate of Stem cells from exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED). Additionally, we also introduce a new application method for producing large spheroids.
