Comparison data of Corneal epithelial cells
Data provided by Dr. Masakazu Yokoo, Dept. Ophthalmology, The University of Tokyo Hospital
• Corneal epithelial cells recovery
Corneal epithelial cells recovery from corneal endothelial tissue using STEMFULL compared to conventional tube.

• Colony-formation assay
Colony number comparison from recovered corneal epithelial cells.

Comparison data of iPS-derived CD104 positive epithelial cells
Data provided by Dr. Ryuhei Hayashi, Stem Cells and Applied Medicine Lab, Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine
• Cell recovery experiment
20000 cells were suspended and cell recovery was evaluated after 2-hour storage at r.t.
STEMFULL gave higher cell recovery, especially in serum-free media.
STEMFULL, together with serum medium, remarkably reduced cell loss.

• Colony-formation assay
2000 recovered cells were seeded on feeder cells (12-well plate). After 9 days of cultivation, cells were stained by 2% Rhodamine B solution and colony-forming efficiency (CFE) was determined.

STEMFULL efficiently recovered stem cells,
and the effect was especially pronounced in serum-free medium.
