These are high-quality insulating bases distinguishes by high low-temperature punchability with little dimensional change and caulking looseness after high-temperature processing and with no contamination of silverterminals, which have completely changed the concept of traditional paper of phenolic laminates. We have prepared PL-1131K type distinguished for excellent punchability and PL-1131S type distinguished for excellent resistivity to migration to silver.
