SUMILITE® FS-1000 SERIES is offered in a line-up of various highly fanctional engineering plastics films which Sumitomo Bakelite has developed and manufactured by applying their highly succedful film and membrane formation tecjmology.  This has successfully resulted in the replacement of polyester and polyimide films in many firlds.  They have heat resistance, chemical resistance and other characteristics combined in their material design to be precise and highly functional.
Applications
Thrust bearings of motors; component materials for friction, drive devices; space tapes for TAB; reinforcement of FPCs optical device components, etc.
