Culture Medium
Serum-free culture medium which includes the condition medium of the glia cell culture and supplements. No needs to add nutritional factors. Nerve cells can be cultured stably for long term even in low cell density.
Nerve-Cells Dispersion Solutions
Papain contained dispersion solutions. Toxicity is quite low and the recovery number of live cells is higher than trypsin based medium.
Frozen Nerve Cells
You do not have to prepare it from a live rat nor a mouse. Cerebral hemisphere, cerebral cortex, hippocampus and striatum of mouse and rat embryos are freshly prepared.

Result of nerve cell excitotoxic test
After 18 hour-cultivation with kainic acid, difference of numbers of live cells depending on the kainic acid concentration are measured by MTT method. The difference is conspicuous due to high culture effectiveness.
