Cell Culture Products Low Cell Adhesion Products "PrimeSurfaceTM"

Products

PrimeSurfaceTM prohibits cells from adhering to matrices based upon SUMILON's proprietary low-protein-adsorption technology. That makes an easy formation of cell spheroid colony

Ideal for homogeneous cell spheroid formation

Adhesion of cell to culture surface is controlled so that spheroid formation ratio is high and homogeneous culture is possible.

Just fit for study on differentiation

Chemicals for differentiation induction can be added after EB body formation of ES cells.

No elution of chemicals from substrate

Stable culture surface due to chemical bonding of ultra-hydrophilic coating polymer makes no elution of chemicals from substrate.

Ideal for fifferenttiation and stimulation responce studies

Ideal for differentiation and stimulation response studies due to the near in vivo environment by eliminating influence of the plate material on cells.

Medical institution/Laboratory

Cell Culture

Can be used for induction of ES cells/IPS cells and nerve stem cells differentiation and drug design screening by three dimensions model of cells

Culture example using PrimeSurfaceTM96U

Mouse ES cell culture

Seeding cell number : 750cells/well
Medium : DMEM+4.5mg/mLGlc.
Additives : 15%Heat-inactive FCS
2mML-Glutamine
1%Non-essential amino acid
110μM2-Mercaptethanol
Culture days : 3 days

PrimeSurfaceTM96U

Stable/Uniform spheroid is generated. Efficiency of spheroid formation is excellent due to the prevention of cell adhesion on the plate surface.

Almost of cells are adhesive or dead.
