SUNMOLAR is made of UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) with molecular weight of 4.5-5.7 million. It has exceptional properties among many plastics materials, such as abrasion resistance, sliding, non-adherance, and impact resistance. It is especially suited for tribological parts. It is non-toxic material applicable for food and food additives industry. SUNFRIC is general purpose grade for abrasion resistant application. It can be used for food industry as well. In addition, the plates can be welded by sealing the openings between plates.
