Aluminum Composite Sheet is made of aluminum surface layers and foamed polyethylene core. It is easy to handle due to light weight, and has velvety special painted color. It is applicable for the base plate of signboards as metallic composite that plastic sheet put into two aluminium sheets. As polyethylene foam is used for core materials it is very light and easy to handle. In addition, surface is specially painted, it can be used for base plate of decorative signboard for both interior and exterior use. |
Features

Easy handling because of the light weight. Machining process is also easy.
Stable quality
Less sagging under wind pressure and snow covering. It has impact strength and water resistance.
Exterior use
Good for exterior use. Decoration by marking film is possible.
Screen printing
Super white type can be colored by screen printing.
