Elecon Plate is processed for anti-static in order to prevent dust adhesion to be caused by static charges. This product has been used not only for the semi-conductor and LCD industry, but also for other industries and applications that require clean environment. Its outstanding anti-static property is suitable for use as partitions of clean rooms, machine covers, observation windows, etc. Its base material is polycarbonate that has excellent impact resistance, heat resistance, and cold resistance. |

Stable anti-static property
Surface resistivity is as low as 106-108Ω.
Impact resistance/Heat resistance
As a nature of polycarbonate resin, it has outstanding impact resistance and is hard to crack. It stands for high temperature usage as the HDT (heat deflection temperature) is as high as 135°C.
