Features

ELC-4762 (FR-4)

FR-4 standard type with excellent reliability

ELC-4970 (CEM-3) can be designed for complicated shapes

CEM-3 standard type with good punching property and V-cutting property which make complicated design for PWBs possible

ELC-4972R&S (CEM-3) can be used for high voltage circuit

This material has thermal conductivity of 1W/mK and low CTE which enable to mount heat-generating components such as LEDs.
This material has Anti-tracking resistance of CTI600V by IEC method (UL-approved) and can be used for high-voltage circuits.

ELC-4970GS (CEM-3) Environment friendly (Halogen-free) materials are also available.

We have many experiences with halogen-free materials.
This material has thermal conductivity of 1W/mK and low CTE which enable to mount heat-generating components such as LEDs.
